Terms of Service

The terms governing your access to and use of StudioDock, operated by MB Rei exitus.

1. Company Information

StudioDock is provided by MB Rei exitus, a company established in Lithuania, European Union. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean MB Rei exitus.

2. Service Scope

StudioDock provides software tools for managing bookings, availability, payments, customer communication, and related workflows for creative spaces. We may update, improve, or modify features over time.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and staff seats.
  • You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and payment provider terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Fees

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
  • Transaction fees and plan limits are defined by your selected plan.
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension or access restriction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use StudioDock for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other customer accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform beyond permitted usage.

6. Data and Integrations

You retain ownership of your business and customer data. You grant us the rights required to process that data to provide the service. Third-party integrations (for example, payment providers) are subject to their own terms and availability.

7. Customer feedback and workflow examples

We may use aggregated or anonymized service information to explain common StudioDock workflows, product adoption, and outcomes, provided the material does not reasonably identify your business, staff, or customers. We do not use booking-customer names, contact details, private briefs, payment details, or other end-user personal data in marketing examples.

Your business name, logo, an attributable quote, a staff member's name, or identifiable non-public screenshots may be published only when an authorized account administrator gives a separate, specific permission in StudioDock or agrees to a case study. These permissions are optional and may be withdrawn for future use from account settings or through support. Declining or withdrawing permission does not affect access to the service.

8. Google Calendar Integration

StudioDock includes an optional Google Calendar sync for studio operators on eligible plans. If you connect this integration, you authorize us to access the Google account and calendar you selected so we can create, update, and remove booking events tied to your StudioDock bookings. This sync is intended to mirror booking changes on the connected calendar and may backfill future confirmed bookings when you connect or resync the integration.

You are responsible for connecting the correct Google account, maintaining access to that account, and managing any consent you grant to Google or StudioDock for the integration. If you disconnect the integration, we will stop syncing new booking changes to Google Calendar.

9. Intellectual Property

StudioDock, including software, branding, and platform content, is owned by MB Rei exitus and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription term.

10. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. StudioDock is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Rei exitus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms, non-payment, or security/legal risks.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer or commercial laws require otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, we will notify account administrators and request acceptance of a new version. The customer-feedback framework in this version applies prospectively and does not create retroactive permission for previously created named marketing materials.
