Set the right commitment
Use a booking plan when a session needs full online payment, a percentage or fixed deposit, pay later, or bank transfer options.
Booking revenue workflow
Let podcast and photo studio clients choose the room, add the support they need, commit with the right payment, and return with prepaid value instead of a new manual quote.

One client decision, one record
A booking is rarely just an hour on a calendar. It may include a lighting kit, an operator, a deposit, and a repeat client using prepaid hours. StudioDock keeps the booking, payment context, and eligible value connected rather than leaving staff to reconcile separate messages and spreadsheets.

Show the gear, setup, or staffed support that applies to the selected space, with clear pricing before the client commits.
Sell prepaid hours or money gift cards through Offers, then let eligible wallet value apply during a later booking.

Plan fit
Every plan supports public booking and add-ons. Pro and Scale add Booking Plans and public Offers for prepaid hours and gift cards. Scale keeps those workflows available with the customer portal and a custom domain.
