What changed

New workspaces verify the owner’s email before account and trial creation. The setup journey keeps admin navigation available, shows the current plan choices with a free-trial path, and supports either a continuing assistant conversation or manual configuration for multiple rooms, schedules, prices, add-ons and payment rules. Assistant questions and earlier answers remain visible while the proposal is updated, with a consistent conversation language across short replies. Missing package prices, hours or room details are collected through follow-up questions instead of invalid placeholder values. Applied resources remain private for preview until the owner publishes them.

What changed

Why this matters

  • Begin with a verified owner email and an immediately accessible workspace.
  • Answer the assistant’s questions in the same conversation, then review every proposed booking detail before it changes the private setup.
  • Preview the actual customer booking flow, publish when ready, and copy the live booking link.
