Trial emails now follow setup progress
StudioDock trial emails now react to setup progress, with delayed booking-path reminders, launch nudges, trial-ending warnings, and expired-trial comeback emails.

- New studios now receive a trial-started welcome first, then a booking-path reminder only if Spaces or Sessions has not been selected after setup has stalled.
- The trial monitor can send setup, launch-readiness, midpoint, trial-ending, expired, and comeback emails based on the workspace state instead of a blind drip.
- Expired-trial winback emails are limited to tenants that never became paid subscribers and can use the COMEBACK20 comeback offer.
