Safer staged Stripe payment methods and checkout recovery

Selected studios can offer additional Stripe payment choices for bookings, booking changes, packages and gift cards. Membership payments are enabled separately. The rollout is disabled by default and is not universally available; card remains the fallback whenever additional methods are unavailable. Payments settings show whether the staged rollout is active, using the card fallback, unavailable or disabled.

• Studios can check their rollout status in Payments settings.
• Card remains available throughout the staged rollout.
• An uncertain payment-provider reply keeps the booking hold until StudioDock can safely recover the payment step.
• Payment choices that do not pass StudioDock checks are not shown to customers.
