How to use this update
- 1Open Spaces, edit a linked space, and set a clear Shared resource name in Advanced rules.
- 2Open Admin Schedule and enable Group shared resources when a studio has multiple linked sets.
- 3Check the public master calendar to confirm grouped columns use the shared resource name or compact fallback labels.
What changed
What changed
- Admin Schedule can group visible spaces that share the same physical resource into one column, with the choice remembered per tenant and browser.
- Spaces advanced rules now include an editable shared resource name, which is used by grouped admin and public calendar headers.
- The public master calendar groups linked shared-resource spaces, keeps booked labels private, and routes available grouped slots to the correct concrete set.
What changed
Why studio owners care
- Studios with many sets no longer have to scan an oversized calendar just to understand whether one physical room is available.
- Clients see cleaner public calendar columns while checkout still books the exact set they choose.
- Admin, staff, and freelancer booking cards continue to show the concrete booked set, so operations stay specific after grouping.
