Seasonal hourly pricing for Spaces

Studios can schedule temporary weekday and weekend hourly rates for an inclusive date range on each visible Space.

  1. 1Open Spaces and edit a visible Space.
  2. 2Open Booking rules, then Seasonal pricing.
  3. 3Add a name, inclusive date range, weekday price and weekend price, then save.

What changed

Space booking rules now include Seasonal pricing. A studio can add active, non-overlapping date ranges with temporary weekday and weekend hourly prices. The booking start date in the studio timezone selects the rate.

Pricing safeguards

  • Seasonal rates apply to ordinary hourly Space pricing and Booking Plans that inherit Space pricing.
  • Booking Plans with their own hourly rate, fixed total or package-plus-overtime amount keep that configured price.
  • Existing bookings, payment attempts, add-ons, discounts, taxes, deposits, wallets and separate checkout restrictions keep their established rules.
