Expired booking payment links no longer release a payable slot
StudioDock now closes expired Stripe checkout sessions before releasing booking availability and alerts the studio owner when an exceptional payment still needs review.

What changed
What changed
When a booking payment window ends, StudioDock now closes the Stripe checkout session before cancelling the pending booking or freeing its time. An active payment attempt continues to reserve availability until it settles or is safely expired.
What changed
Why this matters
- Customers cannot use an old Stripe checkout link after its StudioDock reservation has been released.
- Overdue EveryPay attempts remain reserved until an authenticated terminal provider status allows safe release.
- The same active-payment availability rule applies across Spaces, Sessions, recovery, closures, staffing, and admin availability checks.
- If an exceptional settlement still requires manual reconciliation, the studio account owner receives a direct review email.
- The email opens the exact booking, where the studio can review the provider context and mark the reconciliation resolved after acting.
- StudioDock keeps a separate internal operational alert without making the platform mailbox the studio owner’s only notification path.
