Freelancers can claim open bookings from their schedule

Eligible open claim bookings now appear in freelancer schedule calendars, and admin-created Booking Plan reservations keep included staffed add-on assignments from the first save.

What changed

Freelancer schedules now include eligible open claim bookings alongside already assigned bookings, with a clear claim-open state.
Freelancers can open the schedule booking modal and claim the session directly without first going to the Claims page.
When an admin creates a booking from a Booking Plan and selects staff for an included staffed add-on, StudioDock saves that selected person on the included add-on instead of creating a duplicate extra add-on.

Freelancers can see available work in the calendar view they already use for their day.
Studios using staffed Booking Plans avoid unnecessary claim rounds when a manager has already chosen the operator.
The booking record stays cleaner because included services remain included instead of becoming separately charged extras.
