Embedded Spaces booking forms now use the full iframe width and keep StudioDock branding visible on plans that do not include white-label.

- Embedded Spaces booking forms now render as a single full-width column instead of reserving an empty desktop summary column inside the iframe.
- The `Powered by StudioDock` footer now appears in embedded booking forms unless the tenant is on Scale with white-label enabled.
- Public branding visibility now checks both the tenant plan and white-label setting, so Pro tenants keep StudioDock branding even if an old flag was stored.
