How to use this update
  1. 1Open a booking from Bookings or Schedule.
  2. 2Review Activity and notifications for the latest admin, payment, invoice, and email events.
  3. 3Use the source and status pills to decide whether the next step belongs to the studio team, customer, Stripe, EveryPay, Resend, or StudioDock support.

What changed

What changed

  • Booking details now show an Activity and notifications timeline instead of a separate email-only card.
  • The timeline records new booking changes such as admin edits, reschedules, cancellations, deletes, payment updates, and Stripe invoice metadata refreshes.
  • Customer email events from the existing communication log appear in the same booking context with Resend status labels such as sent, delivered, failed, bounced, opened, and clicked.
  • Rows include a compact source label such as Admin, Customer, System, Stripe, EveryPay, or Resend, plus safe changed-field summaries where available.

What changed

Why studio owners care

  • Support can understand a booking without checking separate payment, invoice, and email screens first.
  • Teams can distinguish an email that was sent from one that failed or bounced before contacting the client.
  • Legacy bookings remain honest: the timeline starts from newly tracked activity instead of pretending to reconstruct old history.
