More Value in StudioDock Pro: Meet the New Plans

We have made StudioDock pricing simpler and given Pro much more value. Starter is a practical starting point for a growing studio. Pro now includes most of the tools that were previously reserved for Scale. Custom is for operations that need StudioDock removed from public pages or need work built around their setup.

The biggest change: Scale tools are now in Pro

You should not need a higher plan just to run the daily work of a busy studio. Pro now brings the main Scale tools into one standard plan:

• More ways to sell: unlimited advanced Booking Plans and Offers, memberships, prepaid credit, and promo codes.
• Client self-service: a customer portal for bookings, memberships, and available credit.
• Team operations: unlimited team members, staff schedules, and booking claims.
• Your brand: full theme controls, emails from your address, and your own booking domain.
• Connected systems: conversion tracking, webhooks, and agent integrations.

Pro keeps a small StudioDock credit visible. Removing StudioDock branding completely and agreeing custom product work remain part of Custom.

Starter: a serious foundation for €49 per month

Starter is for a studio that already has customers and wants one reliable place for bookings. It includes three public Spaces, three team seats, unlimited bookings and clients, payments, deposits, Google Calendar, the public Master Calendar, add-ons, intake forms, automatic discounts, and secure links for managing individual bookings.

You can publish three simple Booking Plans, three one-time Offers, and three session offers. Use them for popular booking options, gift cards, or prepaid hours. When you need memberships, the full client portal, unlimited team and sales tools, promo codes, your own booking domain, or integrations, Pro is the next step.

Starter costs €49 per month or €490 per year with EUR billing. The annual price saves 16.7%. StudioDock charges no platform fee on bookings.

Pro: the complete standard product for €89 per month

Pro is for studios that want the full operation in one place. Every standard StudioDock feature is included. Team members, Booking Plans, Offers, and session offers are unlimited. Five public Spaces are included.

Each additional active Space costs €10 per month or €100 per year with EUR billing. Hidden resources do not count, so you only add capacity when the operation needs it.

Pro costs €89 per month or €854 per year with EUR billing. The annual price saves 20%. In USD, Pro is $89 per month or $854 per year. In GBP, it is £75 per month or £720 per year.

Custom: when the standard product is not enough

Custom includes everything in Pro. It can also remove StudioDock branding from public pages. Choose it when you need features built for your operation, special integrations, a more complex rollout, guided setup, or an agreed level of support. We price it after we understand what you need.

What this means for existing customers

Current Pro customers receive the added Pro capabilities automatically. Existing Scale customers will be contacted separately about moving to Custom, with their current setup and agreed capabilities preserved. Nobody is moved to a lower plan automatically.

If you choose to switch plans, historical bookings, prices, invoices, and past sales do not change. Saved items above a new plan limit are kept, but they stop appearing to customers until the plan supports them again.

Three plans and a clearer reason to upgrade

Starter gives a growing studio a complete booking foundation at a lower entry price. Pro removes the small limits and includes the tools for repeat revenue, client self-service, team operations, branding, and integrations. Custom is there only when the work goes beyond the standard product. Every plan keeps StudioDock platform fees at 0%.
