What changed

Tenant Admins on eligible membership plans can turn on Unused membership hours reminder under Settings → Integrations and tracking → Calendar & reminders. It starts off and never backfills past thresholds.
One email groups simultaneously due paid periods, with separate unused hours, exact local deadlines and eligible booking links. Reserved hours are already excluded.
Members can stop these optional reminders from their portal wallet or confirm opt-out from the email. Booking emails, receipts and marketing preferences remain separate.
Emails and customer history show queued, sent, failed, suppressed and skipped reminder outcomes.
