Client portal sign-in links for eligible white-label studios now use the studio’s configured email sender. If that provider rejects the message, errors or times out, StudioDock retries once through its platform sender using the same one-time link.

Why this matters

• Customers receive a more consistent studio-branded experience.
• A temporary studio email-provider issue does not automatically block portal access.
• The one-time link remains limited to the intended studio and customer.
• Portal sign-in does not grant StudioDock administration or another studio’s access.
