English trial guidance now follows the studio’s current state: preparing the first Space, trying the booking flow, publishing the booking page or sharing it with a real customer. Deadline guidance uses the saved trial end date and retains meaningful setup and customer-booking progress.

Why this matters

• Each action opens the relevant setup, rehearsal, publication, sharing or billing destination.
• Paid studios and completed customer milestones do not receive earlier setup prompts again.
• After an unpaid trial ends, tenant admins can optionally save one private setup blocker without granting publication permission.
