One date filter for bookings and dashboard totals
The booking list and Performance summary now use the same date, date basis and Space filters.

Use the existing filters above the booking list to choose dates, appointment or order-received date, and Space. The separate summary period selector is removed, and dates follow the studio timezone. Search and status continue to filter the list only, with an explanation beside the controls.

Why this matters
The summary displays its active period and Space so future bookings cannot silently inflate a shorter selected period. Previous totals are hidden while filters update, and a failed load offers a retry.

Creating or deleting an add-on category reliably returns keyboard focus to the category name field.
