Sessions intake files now recover safely and stay studio-bound

Request-to-book file answers now use verified private references, with focused re-upload recovery when a file expires.

What changed

What changed

  • Request-to-book verifies that each intake file was issued for the correct studio and question before creating customer or request records.
  • Admin downloads re-check the studio, question, private storage location, and object path before issuing a short-lived link.
  • An expired or invalid upload now clears only that file and focuses a localized re-upload prompt while preserving the rest of the form.

What changed

Why this matters

  • Private intake files remain bound to the booking context where they were supplied.
  • Customers can recover from an expired upload without re-entering contact details, dates, extras, or other intake answers.
  • The same recovery behavior applies on platform URLs and Scale custom domains, including mobile layouts.
