Shared-resource availability now stays consistent during simultaneous changes

Booking, closure, reschedule, Session, import, and supported automation updates now recheck one shared availability boundary before saving, preventing overlapping availability footprints when requests arrive together.

What changed

What changed

  • Availability-changing booking, closure, reschedule, Session, import, and supported automation writes now verify the current tenant availability state immediately before saving.
  • Shared rooms, linked add-ons, active Session holds, staff assignments, cleanup time, and closure changes are checked together when they affect the same studio.
  • Session cleanup retains the longer of the offer buffer and the physical Space cleanup time when checking closures.

What changed

Why this matters

  • Simultaneous changes leave one valid availability outcome instead of overlapping bookings or closures.
  • Customers keep the existing localized slot-conflict recovery when a time becomes unavailable while they are booking.
  • Studios can continue using Spaces, Sessions, linked resources, and buffers without a separate workflow.
