New trials can compare plans monthly first

Eligible new workspaces that have never paid for StudioDock now see Monthly first when they open Billing. If an owner explicitly chooses Yearly, StudioDock saves that view for that owner and workspace. Existing paid workspaces continue to open with their verified billing interval.
