Membership credit now follows external Stripe reversals safely

Stripe refunds made outside StudioDock and payment disputes now freeze or revoke the matching membership benefit without introducing a StudioDock cash-refund action.

What changed

What changed

  • A wholly unused membership benefit is revoked once when its connected Stripe charge is fully refunded or disputed.
  • Partial refunds, redeemed value, active holds, and reversed disputes freeze the benefit for review instead of estimating a proportional clawback or restoring credit automatically.
  • Refunds and disputes that race or precede invoice payment block duplicate credit issuance across later membership invoices.
  • Wallets and Invoices identify credit that was revoked, not issued, or left for review while preserving the existing invoice status and manual adjustment workflow.

What changed

Why this matters

  • A refund completed in Stripe or a customer chargeback no longer leaves the matching membership value available to spend unnoticed.
  • Studio owners retain control when some value has already been used or the provider outcome changes.
  • StudioDock continues to issue cancellation value through wallet credit and does not add a Stripe cash-refund button.
