• Administrators can add or remove optional booking extras and change their quantities and options. Ordinary intake answers can be corrected with a reason; legal acknowledgements and uploaded evidence stay read-only.
• Confirmed Spaces bookings can receive a Stripe payment request for the existing balance or a separate agreed fee, including after the rental. Share the customer management link, recover it later or cancel the request after its Checkout is closed.
• Activity shows saved before and after details. Additional fees enter the accepted total once payment succeeds, stay visible after later repricing and keep the original invoice attached.
• Customers can open or download separate additional-payment invoices from booking management and their portal. Balance invoicing checks existing coverage to prevent duplicate documents.
• Booking editing shows reservation and customer details first, with expandable add-ons, pricing, intake, payment and billing sections. Active payment requests and save blockers remain visible.
