Staff claims now follow the service that needs a person
Booking assignment labels, claim rounds, and manual staff selection now appear only for booked add-ons configured with bookable staff.

- Plain Space bookings no longer show an Unassigned label just because the studio enabled freelancer claims.
- Canceled, deleted, and past bookings no longer expose claim or assignment actions.
- Manual assignment targets a specific staffed add-on and lists only the bookable team members configured for that add-on.
- Bookings with multiple staffed add-ons keep separate claim rounds and assignments.
- Simultaneous claim attempts resolve to one winner, and stale claim links stop accepting work after the workflow or paid-plan capability is disabled.

- The Bookings dashboard reflects real work that still needs a person.
- Managers cannot accidentally assign a freelancer to a booking that has no staffed service.
- Pro and Scale studios get the same add-on-scoped assignment behavior.
