Booking pages now keep the Time field available as keyboard customers move forward after choosing a date.

After a customer changes the booking date, StudioDock no longer starts an identical availability refresh when it corrects a client-side duration choice. The Time field stays available as keyboard focus moves forward.

- Full booking pages, embeds and eligible custom domains share the same behavior.
- Availability still refreshes when a server-relevant booking choice actually changes.
