Tax and invoice wording now follows each studio locale
Booking and invoice surfaces now use the studio tax label while preserving established local terms such as VAT, PVM, TVA, IVA, BTW, and НДС.

- Default wording keeps the established term for each supported locale instead of forcing one global VAT label.
- Scale custom-domain Offers now keep Membership previews and customer-portal links aligned with the tenant-slug route.
