Trial setup progress stays with active trials

Guided setup and first-customer progress now stays scoped to newly registered studios in an active StudioDock trial.

What changed

The dashboard now shows guided setup and first-customer progress only when the studio has verified new-trial enrollment and its StudioDock trial is still active. Existing booking records remain available in ordinary studio operations.

New trial studios keep the setup journey designed for them.
Established and paid studios no longer see historical bookings presented as trial onboarding.
