Client totals now follow the studio currency

Admin Clients now shows total spend in the studio currency, and Dashboard explains which booking dates its performance period covers.

What changed

Client total spend uses the authenticated studio currency and locale instead of a fixed euro symbol.
Dashboard performance cards clarify that the selected period is based on when bookings take place.
The active booking list remains independent, so studios can still see upcoming bookings outside the selected performance period.
