Offer cards now focus on the offer name
Offer cards no longer show duplicate visual type labels or pill badges; the visual panel now carries the actual offer or membership name.

- The visual panel now shows the offer or membership name instead of a separate uppercase type label.
- The pill badge inside the visual panel was removed across memberships, hour bundles, gift cards, guided builders, and custom-amount offers.

Why this matters
- Customers see less duplicated text inside each offer card.
- Studios can still control package terminology from Settings, while the card itself leads with the actual offer name.
