Offers and Booking Plans terminology is clearer

StudioDock now uses Offers for public memberships, gift cards, and hour packages, and Booking Plans for booking-time packaged choices.

What changed

Public package and membership buying pages now use Offers terminology across supported customer languages.
The canonical public buying URL is now `/offers`, with permanent redirects from legacy `/packages` links.
Admin navigation now separates Offers from Booking Plans, so prepaid value and booking-time packaged choices are easier to distinguish.
Documentation, marketing copy, wallet labels, checkout labels, and admin form help text were updated to match the new naming.

What changed

What stayed the same

Existing URLs, API routes, database models, and stored data were not renamed.
Packages still describe the specific object type inside Offers, such as hour packages or package templates.
