Freelancer claim emails follow bookable add-ons

Studios using freelancer claim workflow now send automatic claim emails only when a booking includes an unresolved add-on with bookable staff.

  • Freelancer claim automation now opens a claim round only for unresolved booking add-ons that have bookable staff attached.
  • The same rule applies when a Booking Plan includes a staffed add-on: the claim is tied to that add-on, not the whole space booking.

  • Plain space bookings no longer notify every bookable teammate just because claim workflow is enabled.
  • Rotating freelancer teams still receive claim emails when the booking actually includes a service that one of them can perform.
  • Managers get clearer assignment records because each automatic claim round maps back to the specific add-on that needs staff.
