When staff time off overlaps an assigned booking or an existing time-off entry, the Schedule now shows the conflicting studio-local time range and keeps the form open for correction.

Why this matters
- Freelancers and studio administrators can see why the selected time cannot be saved.
- Conflict copy stays consistent with the English Schedule interface while preserving the tenant timezone and time format.
- Entered dates, times, and notes remain available instead of being lost after the conflict.
- The responsive dialog supports keyboard navigation while preserving the existing overlap guard.
