Bank transfer confirmations update paid balances

When an admin confirms a bank transfer booking after the money lands, StudioDock now records the booking total as paid instead of leaving the order due.

What changed

Admin updates now treat a confirmed bank transfer booking as paid for the full booking total.
If the booking total is edited at the same time, the paid amount follows the edited total.
Pay-later bookings keep their existing behavior: a confirmed reservation can still show money due.

Operators can move a bank transfer booking from pending to confirmed after checking their bank account and see Paid and Due update immediately.
Accounting exports and the admin dashboard stay aligned with the manual payment decision.
