The admin Clients table now applies Total Spent, booking count, and last-booking sorting before pagination.

- Clients sorting now runs on the full matching client list before the table is paginated.
- Changing the sort column or direction returns the table to the first page so the highest or lowest matching clients appear immediately.

- CRM exports and follow-up decisions start from the same globally ordered client list the admin expects.
