Acuity CSV imports keep appointment details intact
The Migration flow now recognizes Acuity appointment exports, maps paid online amounts, and keeps appointment IDs and service metadata on imported bookings.

What changed
What changed
- Acuity CSV exports are detected from their appointment headers and can pre-map customer names, emails, phone numbers, appointment IDs, local start and end times, space/calendar names, prices, and paid-online amounts.
- The importer combines split first and last name columns and carries Acuity service type, certificate code, label, scheduled-by, and scheduled date details into booking notes.
- Acuity migration rows suppress fresh automated customer emails by default while keeping customer contact details and paid amounts on the imported booking record.
What changed
Why this matters
- Studios moving from Acuity can import future paid bookings without manually rebuilding each appointment.
- Appointment IDs help repeated imports skip duplicates instead of creating another copy of the same booking.
- Migration notes preserve enough source context for admins to audit discounts, certificates, and original service names after launch.
