Space capacity now follows peak simultaneous occupancy

StudioDock now evaluates Space capacity at each overlapping time interval instead of adding together every reservation that appears anywhere within a longer requested period. A multi-capacity resource therefore remains bookable when adjacent reservations never consume its capacity at the same moment.

• Studio teams can create valid longer bookings without splitting them into separate records.
• Public checkout, admin booking, imports, recovery, and booking changes share the corrected capacity rule.
• True simultaneous overbooking, cleanup buffers from either side of a shared resource, reserved quantities, and capacity-tracked add-ons remain protected.
